4 Axis CNC Milling
We utilise the latest CNC machining equipment and techniques to manufacture low volume, high precision components. We use up to date CNC turning and CNC milling, with 2, 3 and 4 axis machining capabilities.
Bar-fed CNC turning
The benefits specific to CNC turning processes are: high accuracy, repeatability, and consistency; the ability to process a wide range of materials; the ability to produce parts with complex shapes; and the ability to achieve very tight tolerances
CNC EDM Wire eroding
We use wire erosion to achieve complex shapes and excellent surface finishes for small work pieces and hard metals. Our machines offer extreme precision to produce components that cannot be worked using conventional methods.
